Mixing Tank Product Description
Mixing tank(cooling and heating tank), with energy saving, noisy reduction, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity and easy cleaning advantages, is widely used in some industry departments, like dairy, food, pharmacy, chemical and beverage industry, as a necessary equipment in the process of heating, cooling, heat insulation, sterilization treatment or storage material, especially suitable for milk production pasteurization and heat insulation.
Structure
.Inner liner: stainless steel, material type 304, surface finish.
.Middle layer: made by A3 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate, reinforcing ring screw type device, cold water from bottom to top(no pressure), to reach the best heating and cooling effect.
.Insulation group: fish scale pattern surface finish, stainless steel material,adopts flexurance or glass wool to keep warm.
.Reducer: fixed on the bracket of a beam, output shaft connect to the agitation, adopts loop connection, convenient for cleaning and dismounting.
.Thermometer: fixed on the beam, reach the lowest position of media.
.Accessories: pressure gauge, safety valve, gate valve(steam inlet), thermometer.

Q: How to install my machines when it arrives? What is the cost?
A: We will send our engineer to your factory to install the machines and train your engineers how to operate and maintain the machines. Customer pay for visa, round-trip tickets, room and accommodation, also USD80/day/ person(engineer salary).
Q: How long time for installation?
A: According to the machine you order, usually we will send one or two engineer, it takes about 7to 20days.
Q: When can I get my machine after I paid?
A: Usually the production time is around 25-60 days. The exactly will be decided by which machine u order.
